Wow, Jeremy, that's really an image that hits you frontally when you look at it. It's literally striking. Upon my first glance, it seemed that the motion of it's composition, with the depth-of-field pulled me in so strong, but it's the human aspect, I now realise, that triggers such a violent reaction in me when I look at this image.
It's unbelievable how her look corresponds to the signal the motion conveys — a strong feeling of a breath held, a moment of a life, because that is what life essentially is; a fleeting moment, no evidence of a past and no certainty in future. I always find it amazing and almost creepy how much relevant meaning I can find in your imagery... the feelings I expirience in some fleeting times correspond so much with what I see here. Sometimes it strikes you, a feeling that life just stopped, but a fake reality keeps running into you, like you are standing in a river that pushes on along your posture.
Another thing. The color scheme, that reminds my eye of a feeling of awakening from a dream. It's incredible. You're a genius, Jeremy, I miss speaking to you on these rainy nights.
